2021年9月17日,第四届计算机信息科学与人工智能国际学术会议(CISAI2021)在线上顺利召开。本届会议由AEIC学术交流中心,重庆大学,昆明理工大学,重庆理工大学联合主办、重庆理工大学两江人工智能学院,重庆市计算机视觉智能技术工程研究中心联合承办。

The 4th International Conference on Computer Information Science and Artificial Intelligence had successfully held online, on 17th September, 2021.The The conference is hosted by AEIC Academic Exchange Information Center, Kunming University Of Science And Technology, Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Technology, organized by School of Artificial Intelligence, Liangjiang, Chongqing, Chongqing Engineering Research Centre for Computer Vision Intelligence Technology.

 共同主席、重庆大学微电子与通信工程学院仲元昌教授,组织委员会主席、重庆理工大学三级教授,博士生导师、重庆市计算机视觉智能技术工程研究中心主任闫河教授分别为大会开幕式致辞。仲教授与闫教授分别代表了主办方重庆大学与重庆理工大学热情欢迎广大学者参加本次会议。

Professor Yuanchang Zhong from Chongqing University, as Co-chair addressed the conference in the begining. Professor He Yan from Chongqing University of Technology, as Director of Chongqing Engineering Research Centre for Computer Vision Intelligence Technology and Organizing Committee Chair showed warm welcome to all scholars and experts.

东南大学自动化学院,俄罗斯自然科学院外籍院士李新德教授作题为《共融交互中的机器人语义场所感知与理解》的报告。李教授在报告中先介绍了研究背景及遇到的问题调整,并详细介绍了其团队研究的不同情境下的研究成果,包括文本化的室内场所、异种图像表达场所,知识图谱推理场所等

Professor Xinde Li from Southeast University, as Academician of Russian Academy of Natural Science presented the speech first. The topic is related to robotic research. Professor Li introduced background, research problem and solutions, and the main achievement of his team.

东南大学计算机科学与工程学院、软件学院院长,人工智能学院执行院长耿新教授作题为《面向标记分布学习的标记增强》的报告。耿教授通过介绍机器学习中的多义性,让大家更好的了解了研究背景。然后重点介绍了概念定义,学习算法,实验室案例等。耿教授也邀请大家观看其团队PALM实验室的研究成果。

Professor Xin Geng from Southeast University, as Dean of School of Computer Science and Engineering, College of Software Engineering and Executive Dean of School of Artificial Intelligence presented a speech about 'Distributed Learning'. He introduced ideas with examples, and showed the results of their research team, PALM.

天津大学计算机学院,青年长江学者邱铁教授作题为《智慧物联网拓扑鲁棒性—从拓扑演化到智能互联》的报告。邱教授首先介绍了当前智慧城市当中建设:例如5G技术的部署过程中所面临的的难题。随后详细介绍了智慧城市的网络健壮性,包括随机攻击和恶意攻击的概念等。

Professor Tie Qiu from Tianjing University presented a speech about Topology Robustness, along with the Smart Internet of Things.

南开大学机器人与信息自动化研究所,国家“四青”人才,孙宁教授作题为《欠驱动机器人系统运动规划、控制及应用》的报告。孙教授介绍了欠驱动系统,桥式起动机系统,其它起动机系统以及其它机器人系统。通过分析各系统的优势与劣势,以及提供了多个对比视频,详细介绍了欠驱动机器人的应用。

Professor Ning Sun from Nankai University presented a speech about Underactuated Robot. He introduced the princple and application of the robot.

 大会主席、重庆大学微电子与通信工程学院仲元昌教授作题为《基于人工智能的语音识别算法及应用》的报告。仲教授介绍了背景及意义,语音识别理论,孤立词语音识别算法,鲁棒语音识别算法,语音识别的家电控制应用,系统测试及结果分析以及总结与展望。

Professor Yuanchang Zhong from Chongqing University presented a speech about 'Speech recognition algorithm and its application based on artificial intelligence'. He introduced the background, speech recognition and Robustness etc.

重庆理工大学三级教授,博士生导师、重庆市计算机视觉智能技术工程研究中心主任闫河教授作题为《动态场景移动机器人语义SLAM关键技术研究》的报告。闫教授通过研究背景及意义,研究内容,拟解决的关键问题以及技术路线等方面,详细介绍了其实验室的研究成果。

Professor He Yan from Chongqing University of Technology, as Director of Chongqing Engineering Research Centre for Computer Vision Intelligence Technology presented a speech about the robotic semantic and SLAM.

本次大会通过层层挑选,最终有五位优秀作者,进行了大会口头报告。

本次会议的召开,为从事计算机信息,计算机科学及人工智能研究的专家学者、工程技术人员、技术研发人员提供了一个共享科研成果和前沿技术,了解学术发展趋势,拓宽研究思路,加强学术研究和探讨,促进学术成果产业化合作的平台。

This conference provided opportunities for the different areas delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
